The Lions Club’s Alkimos Butler branch president Debra Smith presented Clarkson Community High School with $479.40 this month to supply its uniform exchange program.
Deputy principal Justine McNaught-Conroy said all students who needed a loan uniform on any given day could get one through the exchange.
“All students at Clarkson Community High School are expected to attend school in full uniform in order to maintain their good standing,” she said.
“The support of the Lions Club in helping students to achieve this outcome is greatly appreciated.”
Lions members raised the funds at a market held in Trinity at Alkimos in May.
