Clarkson CHS students have the opportunity to receive the Pfizer vaccination at school next Thursday afternoon.

Students received consent forms yesterday – additional copies are available from Main Administration. Please ensure that completed consent forms are returned to Main Administration by Friday 12 November if you would like your child to be vaccinated through the school.

Students must be registered on VaccinateWA before the clinic day. Please contact Main Admin. on 6206 5000 if you or your family members are interested in being vaccinated at the same time.
